Take some time for yourself this winter and experience the benefits of complementary and holistic therapies and practices that can support your physical, mental and emotional health.
Thanks to the support of qualified and certified practitioners, the Beyond Boundaries Foundation (registered charity no. 1211857) is offering a series of online sessions designed to ease stress, release tension, and promote a deep sense of wellbeing.
There is no need to venture out in the cold, frosty nights, simply buy your ticket and log on to invest in your wellbeing, whilst donating to a charity working hard to ensure complimentary and holistic therapies and techniques are available to the vulnerable and disadvantaged in our society.
PLUS, why not share some wellbeing with your loved ones and buy them a ticket for one or some of the events, giving the gift that keeps on giving into 2026!
From ensuring you have the ability to manage the colds and sniffles this year, supporting relaxation and of course energising you to enjoy the festive season; then to setting your intentions to embrace the New Year, the series offers what you need to feel well and positive during the dark nights and festive season.
All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the Beyond Boundaries Foundation. (plus £1.55 Eventbrite fee per person)
