What happens during a workshop?
Workshops are fully tailored to the needs and goals of our recipients, which is why it’s tricky to explain how they unfold in practice!
· Specific techniques (breathwork, meditation, grounding, mindfulness) that are helpful in dealing with stress, anxiety, worry, and other emotional and physical challenges are just some of the challenges we can focus on.
· Hands-on demonstrations of how to put these techniques into practice and create a balance between emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations.
Workshops can be delivered as a one-off or as part of a series of sessions, each one focusing on specific elements that you might be interested in exploring.
